Location: Hailsham, East Sussex
Pay: Up to £19.00 per hour
We are urgently seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join our team at a secure unit in Hailsham. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people facing emotional and behavioural challenges.
Responsibilities-
Provide high-quality care and support in a secure setting

Implement behaviour management strategies and maintain a safe environment

Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver individualised care plans

Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently met

Experience supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs

Current Restraint Training Certificate (mandatory)

Ability to work a minimum of 3 long days per week

Strong communication, resilience, and teamworking skills

Competitive hourly rate of up to £19.00
