Assembly Operative - Coventry
12.21 per hour Full-Time Immediate Start
We're currently recruiting for reliable and motivated Assembly Operatives to join a growing team in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, modern environment with a supportive team and long-term prospects.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
Friday: 07:30 - 11:30
(No weekends!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling components to precise specifications
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Conducting quality checks throughout the process
- Testing parts as and when required
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
