Role: Domestic Abuse Housing Worker
Hours: 35 per week

Contract: Permanent
About the Role:
- Manage a caseload of approx. 30 survivors and families, completing assessments, safety plans, and personal housing plans.
- Provide expert housing and homelessness advice within a domestic abuse context, including legal rights, benefits, and safeguarding considerations.
- Prevent and relieve homelessness through early intervention, mediation, and securing safe accommodation.
- Work collaboratively with statutory and voluntary partners, including housing providers, health, social care, and safeguarding agencies.
- Maintain accurate records, contribute to statutory paperwork, and support service development.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong housing and homelessness expertise and/or at least a years' experience working with victims of domestic abuse
- Skilled caseworker able to assess risk, manage a varied caseload, and deliver safe, person-centred support.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple partners and communicate effectively.
