Procurement Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to support our procurement team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to start or develop a career in procurement and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information
- Assist with obtaining quotes and comparing supplier prices
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Support the procurement team with general administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement guidelines
Requirements
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
