Hays are delighted to be partnering with a long-standing client in West Hull to support them in finding their next Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is crucial to providing exceptional service to their global client base and is a great opportunity for you to develop a career in logistics.
Your new role
This role is fully office-based, working Monday to Friday with the earliest start time of 7.30am and latest finish time of 5.30pm.
In this fast-paced and varied role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, from request to completion of transport orders. You will liaise internally with the operations team to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries across multi-modal transport routes.
You will handle queries, create invoices, support with issues and support the wider team to identify continuous improvements.
