Yellow 42 are seeking an experienced receptionist to work for a family run premises in the heart of Pitlochry.
The premises consists of 13 Boutique rooms and a very busy gastro pub.
Busy with locals and tourists alike.
Main Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering reservation line and answering guest queries.
- Helping guests and creating positive experiences.
- Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out.
- Manage all bills and payments correctly.
- Assist with the other departments in the hotel, as only 13 rooms time will be split with the bar and restaurant.
- Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies as set out by the company.
- Supporting the rest of the team when required.
We re looking for
- Previous experience in hotel reception.
- Good with people.
- Skilled multitasker who can balance working in different departments.
- Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages is a bonus
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Licensing Laws
