Your new role
As a Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of ambitious, privately owned businesses. You'll deliver high-quality compliance and advisory services, guiding clients through complex challenges such as succession planning, group restructuring, profit extraction strategies, and employee incentivisation. You'll also play a key role in shaping the future of the tax team, mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed

ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification (or equivalent)Proven experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory workStrong technical knowledge of UK tax regulations affecting Owner Managed BusinessesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive approach to identifying tax planning opportunities and mitigating riskWhat you'll get in return
