Temporary Parking Coordinator Thetford Hybrid working Immediate start

Your new role
This Temporary Parking Coordinator is a varied job working as part of a 5-person team supporting the administration and customer service functions. Duties include but limited to:

  • Monitor the shared parking inbox; responding to car parking queries from the public, as well as internal general enquiries.
  • Handle visitor queries over the phone when required, and action any call back requests from our visitors.
  • Assist with remote monitoring of barriered car park systems; responding to and assisting visitors over an intercom system.
  • Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to manage parking equipment service requests raised by our internal district teams.
  • Process visitor refunds as required.
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices.
  • Collate and distribute parking information and business intelligence reports.
  • Contribution to various support tasks as required, e.g., information and data gathering in preparation for analysis.
  • Support the Customer Relations team utilising our CRM Software system.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job you will require:
  • Great customer service skills, including experience of complaints handling.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Proven administrative ability and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of delivering administrative tasks across multiple work areas or projects, to deadlines.
  • Competent IT user with experience of the Microsoft suite of applications (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook).
  • Experienced user of MS Office 365 applications, SharePoint and online portal systems would be advantageous.

Working pattern:
  • 37 hours per week
