Temporary Building Maintenance Technician - Electrical BiasLocation: Merk House, Poole (Bank of New York Contract)
Dates:

• Shadowing: Monday 22nd December
• Independent Work: 23rd, 24th, 29th, 30th & 31st December
• Rate: £27- 28 per hour umbrella

We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical bias and relevant qualifications. The role involves overseeing building maintenance across several floors, including:

• Basic electrical repairs (e.g., fixing lighting issues)
• Understanding and monitoring the plant room
• General building upkeep

This is a holiday cover position; the workload is expected to be light, but you must be on-site to respond to any issues. Previous experience in commercial settings is essential.

Requirements:

• Electrical qualifications and hands-on experience
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with plant rooms and building systems
