THE BUSINESS

Westray Recruitment Group is looking to recruit a Shipping Planner for our client based in Blackburn. You will work within the shipping team working with shipping partners to support the day to day operational processes and deliver exceptional service for the client s brands and customers.

THE ROLE

• Process inbound shipments by air, sea and road
• Work with nominated partners to provide exceptional service to their brand and customers
• To ensure key deadlines are met
• To ensure achieved delivery of shipments as required by distribution centres and customers
• To work closely with brands and internal teams in all shipping matters

THE PERSON

• Previous shipping planning experience
• Ability to prioritise own workload and ability to work unsupervised
• Organised, self-motivated and able to adapt to the ever-changing supply chain environment
• Knowledge of MS Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
