What You'll Be Doing

• Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
• Supporting and guiding a small team of practitioners day-to-day.
• Building strong, positive relationships with families and colleagues.
• Helping with the smooth running of the nursery, including rotas and daily routines.
• Making sure the nursery continues to meet high standards of care and safeguarding.

What We're Looking For

• Someone with experience in early years (Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A team player who is ready to grow into a leadership position.
