Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum (depending on experience)
We are currently recruiting for an IT Specialist / IT Helpdesk to join our team in Dunstable on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:Provide first- and second-line IT support to users
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
Support day-to-day IT operations and troubleshooting
Escalate complex issues when required and liaise with external providers
Maintain accurate IT documentation and records
Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies
Previous experience in an IT Support / IT Helpdesk role is essential
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Relevant IT qualifications or certifications are an advantage
