Assistant Site Manager (Planned & Regeneration)

We are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join us in our Decarbonisation Division - Welwyn Contract.
About the RoleIn accordance with our best practice and governance standards, you'll support with the effective delivery of retrofit solutions in line with each client's commitments to external funders, as well as energy projects including wall and loft insulation, window and door replacements, ventilation and draughtproofing as well as roof and cladding replacements.
You will support the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure all client enquiries, issues and requests are actioned and resolved within appropriate timescales and support effective management of subcontractors, providing support on technical issues, performance management and managing health and safety closely.
About YouCandidates will have proven experience in a similar role, with an understanding of planned maintenance services. You'll have excellent leadership skills motivating a range of teams in order to deliver excellent services safely to our customers.
