Senior Quantity Surveyor (Change)

Our client is one of London's leading Civil Engineering and Building contractors, with over 30 years' experience delivering iconic build and infrastructure projects.

They currently have an immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with direct delivery experience working for Tier 2 or 3 contractors to join their Change Management team on a 150 million infrastructure package.

This is a long-term 4 year opportunity for a freelance Quantity Surveyor with groundworks, FRC and Structural Steel experience (essential).

Senior Quantity Surveyor (Change) requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification and relevant experience
• Tier 2 or 3 contractor and direct delivery experience is essential (not Tier 1 or Principal Contractor experience)
• FRC and Structural Steel experience (essential), knowledge of cladding & fit-out an advantage.
• Previous experience delivering groundworks, civils, drainage and utilities packages an advantage.
• NEC3 Option C Change Management experience essential
• Excellent NEC 3 / 4 contract administration, cost planning, forecasting and reporting experience.
• As this is a long-term opportunity, they will expect previous long-term employment time in service.
