Job Overview:
As a Religious Studies (RE) Teacher, you'll inspire students to explore diverse beliefs and ethical issues. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues. The ideal Religious Studies (RE) Teacher will hold a PGCE and QTS or QTLS. NQTs and those with equivalent qualifications are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Religious Studies (RE) Teacher lessons.
- Inspire understanding of world religions and ethics.
- Assess and monitor student progress in religious studies.
- Collaborate with other Religious Studies (RE) Teachers and staff.
- Support school academic goals and exam preparation.
Requirements:
- QTS or QTLS certification.
- PGCE or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for teaching religious studies.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
