Job Description

Join a long-established manufacturing organisation recognised for its investment in modern technology, commitment to operational excellence, and strong focus on developing its people. They are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to grow into a successful Sales Executive.

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will become key in lead generation. Be the face of the business at Trade shows and Exhibitions as well as building a client base through successful business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within manufacturing and engineering markets
  • Visit customers regularly to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Confidently present and promote technical products and solutions
  • Generate leads, respond to enquiries, and convert sales opportunities
  • Liaise with production and logistics teams to support successful order delivery
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity reporting
  • Actively engage in training and development activities

About You

  • Positive, motivated, and enthusiastic with a desire to build a career in sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Well organised with good time management skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
