My Client is a growing property management company based in South West London, specialising in both residential and commercial properties.

They are looking for a proactive and organised Property Administrator to support our wider team across multiple aspects of the property lifecycle.

This is a varied role offering exposure to both residential and commercial property management within a busy and professional environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the property management team
  • Assisting with day-to-day management of residential and commercial portfolios
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and third parties
  • Coordinating maintenance works and tracking progress
  • Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
  • Supporting the team across different stages of the property cycle

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within the property sector
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • ARLA qualification is desirable
