Looking for a PowerPoint Add-In Developer to join its OWG Tech team and help build and maintain enterprise-grade tooling used globally by consultants.
This role focuses on developing C# VSTO add-ins for PowerPoint, alongside modern Office.js add-ins to support cross-platform (Windows & Mac) use. You'll work on sophisticated slide automation, governed formatting, and modular slide assembly, helping teams produce high-quality presentations faster and more consistently.
What you'll be doing

Developing and maintaining C# VSTO PowerPoint add-ins

Building modern PowerPoint add-ins using Office.js

Automating slide creation, formatting, charts, and tables

Integrating add-ins with Python-based automation services

Ensuring high code quality, security, and reliability

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to solve real productivity challenges
What we're looking for

Strong experience with C# (.NET) and VSTO for PowerPoint

Deep knowledge of the PowerPoint object model and COM interop

Experience with Office.js for PowerPoint add-ins

Practical Python experience (eg python-pptx)

Comfortable working with Git/CI/CD
