Mobile HGV Technician Erith £54k basic + or 2 x hourly rate, Van 50 hour working week including travel time door to door

Are you a Qualified Trailer Technician or HGV Technician that enjoys being on customer sites?

As a Mobile Technician you will be responsible for maintaining fleets of trailers, trucks and LCVs across customer sites in the region.

As the Mobile HGV Technician you will be:

• Supporting customers at their sites by maintaining and repairing fleets of Trailers, Trucks & LCV
• Fault-finding and diagnostics.
• Completing inspections on engines and electrical components and rectifying problems
• Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to both new and used trucks & trailers.

What we would like you to have as the Mobile HGV Technician:

• NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent);
• Knowledge and experience of servicing and maintaining HGVs and other commercial vehicles and the ability to perform repairs on various types and brands of vehicle;
• Experience in carrying out diagnostic repairs and fault finding;
• Full valid driving licence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
