Fleet Co-ordinator Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time) Location: Medway

Role Overview

A well-established organisation in Medway is looking for a Fleet Co-ordinator to manage the day-to-day administration of its vehicle fleet. The role focuses on compliance, cost control, and ensuring fleet operations run smoothly.



Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation using fleet management systems

  • Manage insurance, road tax, MOTs, servicing

  • Monitor vehicle usage, fuel cards, mileage, and maintenance

  • Liaise with leasing providers, insurers, and garages

  • Ensure legal compliance and timely contract renewals

  • Coordinate replacement vehicles and off-road reporting

  • Support cost control and budgeting

Essential:

  • Previous experience in fleet administration or a similar role

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fleet management systems

  • Understanding of vehicle compliance requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
