The Organisation

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. These are Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James s Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park.

We also manage other important public spaces including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens. Our eight Royal Parks and other iconic green spaces are among the most visited attractions in the UK with tens of millions of visits every year.

We are now looking for an IT Business Analyst to join us on a full-time basis, working 36 hours per week, for a 12- month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

The Role

As an IT Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technology and operations by analysing business processes and delivering effective, well-supported digital solutions across our organisation.

Working closely with the Application Support team and operational managers, you will document and analyse key business processes to identify improvement opportunities and support change.

You ll lead requirements gathering and specification, contribute to IT and enterprise-wide projects, and help design, develop and implement solutions across systems such as CRM, Power Platform, Power BI and SharePoint, ensuring they meet organisational needs.

Additionally, you will:

Create and maintain policies and governance frameworks for business applications

Provide ongoing technical support and system enhancements

Develop, test and implement bespoke solutions, ideally using the Power Platform

Support end-user testing and training, producing clear and accessible documentation

About You

To be considered as an IT Business Analyst, you will need:

Experience supporting business applications in a first- and second-line context

Experience producing business process documentation and identifying improvement opportunities

Demonstrable experience of effective stakeholder management to understand business objectives and to translate them into functional and technical requirements

Experience creating comprehensive end-user documentation

A strong understanding of Agile methodologies

A strong understanding of managing and analysing large datasets

Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, Cloud and SAAS architectures, data mapping and integrations

Good working knowledge of information security and GDPR principles
