Marketing Assistant - Maternity Cover (9-12 months)

£25,000 - £26,000

Role Overview:

Working for a fantastic manufacturing business based in Chichester, you will be a key member of the Marketing Team, ensuring that all marketing activities are effectively implemented, maintained and proofed.

Please note, you must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car for this role.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the department runs efficiently and is well-organised
• Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional flyers
• Develop and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) flyers
• Organise and generate content for case studies, including managing photography logistics
• Assist the marketing team with proofing outbound marketing communications
• Coordinate with suppliers on the production of merchandise items for branch displays and manage stock levels
• Handle the stock management and logistics for display and literature items
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of product collateral and information
• Ensure sales team requests are managed and responded to in a timely manner
• Welcome and check-in visitors, provide information on facilities, offer refreshments, manage refreshment supplies and book visits and lunches
• Support for events including the provision and logistics of providing marketing material to events such as internal product launches

• Fantastic customer service skills and communication
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask
• Previous experience in a customer-facing office-based role
• An interest in marketing
• Ability to lift lightweight items such as product samples, documents or marketing materials
• A keen eye for detail
