FP&A Manager - 14 month FTC

Atkinson Moss Finance have been engaged to support this contract appointment. This isn't just a reporting role; you will be a key strategic partner, managing and optimising both BAU and major transformation budgets during an exciting period of evolution within this business.

Key performance areas:

• Strategic Partnership and Insight: Act as trusted advisor and strategic partner to the team leveraging financial acumen to provide comprehensive insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Dynamic Performance Management: Continue to improve and refine measurement tools and processes, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in real-time. Provide critical intelligence to the leadership team for informed decision-making, enabling swift course corrections and optimised performance.
• Strategic Efficiency Improvement: Support a comprehensive strategy for efficiency improvement. Alongside the wider finance team, identify opportunities to reduce expenditures without compromising quality or satisfaction, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Input: Identify opportunities to optimise business results through sensitivity analysis and complex scenario modelling.

About you:

• Essential: Must be fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Demonstrable commercial business partnering experience
• Good analytical ability with strong attention to detail, offering high levels of resilience to an ever-changing business environment.
• Frist rate communication skills with the ability to present plans to support business decisions to both finance and non-finance
