Senior Accounts Manager-Associate Director

My Client is an expanding national accountancy practice with ambitious plans for further growth and is looking to strengthen it's North Western team with the appointment of Senior Accounts Manager/Associate Director.

As the Senior Accounts Manager your will be responsible for not only managing your team and existing client portfolio but to seize new business opportunities across the region and implement improvements in current methods of operation to streamline the business, maximise profitability and streamline client services.

• You will also work with the leadership team on practice-wide priorities, whether that's preparing for growth, improving our processes, or developing new service lines and mentoring your team to be the leaders of the future.
• You will b tasked with delivering excellent service across audit, accounts, and advisory work whilst building lasting client relationships, identify opportunities to add value, and ensure we remain a trusted advisor to our clients.
• As a Senior Accounts Manager you will be qualified ACA/ACCA with strong post-qualification experience in practice - ideally across audit, accounts, and advisory.
• You will have led teams, managed people, and bee comfortable developing others to reach their potential.
