The Role

You will take full ownership of a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact, delivering high-quality advice, and building long-term relationships. You will also leverage technology and automation to create smarter ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a portfolio of clients, including Limited company statutory accounts, management accounts, sole trader tax returns, and VAT returns.
  • Manage and review work completed by junior team members, both onshore and offshore, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and contribute to the firm's continued growth.
  • Meet clients to discuss tax planning opportunities and provide proactive, value-added advice.

Key Requirements

We are looking for a technically strong professional, confident in managing both clients and teams, who is ready to progress. The ideal candidate will also meet the following criteria:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (finalists will be considered)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a public practice environment
  • Experience managing and reviewing the work of junior staff
  • Proficiency with Xero, Dext, and TaxCalc
