Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients: build trust and deliver excellent service
• Handle renewals, MTAs, and new business enquiries: broaden your technical skill set
• Liaise with insurers and underwriters: develop market relationships
• Contribute to a dynamic, sociable team: be part of a culture that values collaboration and wellbeing
• Support new business growth and retention initiatives: have real impact on team success

Requirements:

• Background in insurance or a related commercial environment
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and organised - able to manage your workload independently
• A team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit, supportive group
