- Deliver engaging, sector relevant brickwork lessons to vocational learners
- Plan and assess practical and theory sessions aligned to curriculum standards
- Monitor and support learner progress, providing constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, achievement, and assessment
- Promote a positive learning environment that reflects the values of the college
We are looking for professionals with:
- Full NVQ occupational competence in Brickwork
- A1 Assessor s Award and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of teaching and assessment practice in a further education context
- Excellent communication skills and a learner centred approach
- Commitment to student achievement and inclusive teaching
- A rewarding short term contract in a supportive educational setting
