Hours: 39 per week

• Mon-Thurs: 07:30-16:30
• Fri: 07:30-12:30
• (Alternative shift pattern available: Mon-Wed 07:30-18:00, Thurs 07:30-17:00)

We're looking for an experienced CNC Milling Setter/Operator to become part of our clients busy machine shop. If you take pride in precision engineering and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

• Setting and operating CNC milling machines to deliver high-quality components.
• Working from technical drawings and following company standards.
• Inspecting your own work to ensure accuracy.
• Updating tooling sheets and recording cycle times.
• Supporting colleagues to improve efficiency and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Keeping your work area clean and safe, following all health and safety guidelines.

• Solid experience in CNC milling and setting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of different machines, controls, tools, and materials.
• A proactive team player with a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential; an engineering apprenticeship would be a bonus.
