Property Manager - High-End Residential & Commercial Portfolio (London)

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial properties for our client in London. This position involves supporting the day-to-day care, maintenance, and management of prestigious homes and offices, ensuring an exceptional standard of service for residents and stakeholders.

The role carries responsibility for daily property operations, resident liaison, and coordination with landlords, contractors, and external service providers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all maintenance matters and contractor activity, ensuring the smooth running of the properties and consistently high service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be articulate, personable, and professional, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, or Block Management is essential, along with a genuine commitment to supporting residents and fostering a positive community environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main on-site contact for the properties
  • Managing property records, office functions, and day-to-day building operations
  • Liaising with subcontractors to resolve routine property issues
  • Overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and presentation of communal areas as and when required
  • Coordinating contractors and supervising on-site works
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across renovations and new developments
  • Completing administrative duties and preparing reports
  • Executing projects (like refurbishment, amendments and other changes in properties) as and when required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Facilities Manager, Block Manager, or Building Manager
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Confident working with residents, contractors, and managing agents
