Customer Service Call Centre

One of my local goernment organisatioins is looking for a Customer Service Officer on an ongoing contract.

This is an office based role answering calls from memebers of the public, acting as a front line redirecting calls to the relevant service/department.

Immeidate start working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Rate advertised is the umbrella rate of pay, for PAYE please advise if shortlisted.
