HGV Workshop Technician Roydon £60-£62k basic OTE £72k Monday to Friday, 6am - 4pm + or 2 x hourly rate

What you'll be doing as an HGV Technician
- Conducting routine servicing, maintenance, and repair of trucks, trailers and LCVs
- Running defect clinics and resolving minor faults on HGVs
- Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues
- Completing engine and component inspections within agreed timeframes
- Delivering a "right first time" approach to reduce downtime
- Working on a range of vehicles including large double-deck trailers
- Recording all work via digital job cards and service records
What we're looking for as an HGV Technician
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Experience servicing and maintaining HGVs, trailers and commercial vehicles
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- A full, valid UK driving licence is essential
- Confident communicator with a professional, customer-first approach
- A motivated HGV Technician who takes pride in quality work and solving problems
