Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a dynamic team within the painting and decorating sector? We are seeking a commercially minded professional to manage projects across Bristol and the surrounding areas.

As a Quantity Surveyor in our painting division, you will:

• Oversee the financial and contractual aspects of painting projects.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and valuations.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor project progress to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within painting, decorating, or related trades.
• Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and contract management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
