What you'll be doing as SHEQ Consultant

• Building trusted relationships with clients at all levels, from site teams to senior leadership
• Implementing and improving SHEQ management systems that work in real-world environments
• Delivering gap analysis, internal audits and system reviews with clear, actionable outcomes
• Developing policies, procedures and documentation tailored to client operations
• Supporting clients through external assessments and ongoing compliance requirements
• Regular client site visits to ensure standards are embedded, not just documented

What we're looking for in a SHEQ Consultant

• Previous hands-on Health & Safety experience within a SHEQ or compliance environment
• Practical exposure to management systems, audits and implementation activity
• Background working in medium to higher-risk operational settings
• Knowledge of ISO standards such as 45001, 9001 or 14001
• Relevant professional qualifications or auditor training

Working hours40 hours per week, with flexibility to manage your own diary.
