Responsibilities:As our Head Concierge, you'll be at the heart of our guest services, ensuring every stay is memorable. Your role will include:

• Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of concierge professionals.
• Crafting personalized guest experiences that exceed expectations.
• Managing concierge operations, from booking transport to securing reservations.
• Building strong relationships with local vendors and service providers.
• Handling guest inquiries with warmth and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintaining an organized and welcoming concierge desk.
• Implementing innovative ideas to enhance guest services.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
