Are you an experienced Commercial Claims Handler who values professional service, integrity, and strong client relationships?
You'll be joining a progressive, client-focused brokerage where expertise and local knowledge truly matter. This is a fully office-based position, where you'll manage a varied portfolio of commercial claims with a focus on liability and act as a reliable point of contact.
Responsibilities of the Claims Handler:
- Assess and process commercial insurance claims, providing day-to-day servicing and support.
- Communicate clearly with clients and insurers, keeping everyone well informed.
- Ensure timely processing, maintaining accurate records and adhere to FCA regulations.
- Work closely with Account Executives on larger claims and provide detailed reports.
- Stay updated on insurance trends and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
The Ideal Claims Handler:
- Must come with proven experience within commercial insurance claims handling.
- Knowledge across multiple types of commercial claims is essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management.
