Recruitment Partner

Our client is a Pharma/Life Sciences recruitment agency based in Berkhamsted. They are looking to hire Recruitment Partners to join their team.

They place candidates into roles in Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Packaging and Sales across Pharma/Life Sciences.

You will ideally have sales or customer services experience and be comfortable in a phone based role speaking to senior level candidates about new career opportunities.

You will work on finding candidates for senior roles, arrange interviews and learn how to handle objections from candidates. You need to be detail orientated and organised and enjoy working in a collaborative team. Full training will be given.

The role is based in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home and there is a competitive commission scheme so you can earn well on top of your basic salary. You need to be competitive and financially motivated to perform at a high level.
