Due to continued growth and expansion across the UK, they are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead key customer automation projects from concept to completion.The Role:As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery across multiple advanced automation design & installation projects. Working remotely from within the UK, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key responsibilities:

• Lead complex automation projects across the UK and potentially Europe when required
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and associated resources
• Liaise with internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
• Oversee design, installation and commissioning phases on-site
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and industry best practices
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing high value automation or industrial engineering projects
• A strong understanding of automation technologies and systems (PLC, SCADA, robotics, WMS etc.)
• Background in manufacturing, logistics, process, 3PL or packaging sectors preferred
• Proven senior stakeholder management and communication skills
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and potentially Europe
• Strong commercial awareness and contract/project cost control expertise
