Senior Loss Adjuster / Regional Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Loss Adjuster / Regional Manager to oversee a small team of Commercial Adjusters operating throughout the South of England, dealing with domestic and commercial claims on behalf of a key clients. Aside from your operational duties (SLA compliance, file allocation, staffing, recruitment etc), you will typically act as a point of technical referral, dealing with complaint / sensitive cases as well as implementing training / development plans. Ideally, you will be Dip CILA / ACILA qualified, although this isn't essential.
