Job Description
We are pleased to be supporting our client in the search for a strong ER Advisor to join their HR team.
Salary: up to 38,000
Location: Remote (occasional travel required)
Hours: Monday-Friday
The Role:
- Provide expert ER advice to managers across the business
- Handle complex casework including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
- Act as an escalation point within the HR team
- Advise on employment law, policies, TUPE, redundancy and change
- Support HR projects and maintain accurate HR system data
About You:
- Strong ER case management experience
- Background supporting a multi-site, customer-facing workforce
- Knowledge of TUPE, redundancy and Employment Tribunal processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) and full UK driving licence
