The Head of People will have a strategic and hands-on role:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for Regional and Home Managers.
- Provide practical advice on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that enhance care quality and leadership.
- Collaborate with external HR advisers for legal and complex case support.
- Deliver training and coaching to embed policies and improve management practices.
- Lead policy development and standardisation across the organisation.
