What you'll be getting stuck into as a Technical Support Engineer

• Creating and interpreting schematic diagrams to support product build and repair
• Diagnosing and repairing electronic faults down to component level across returned and in-production items
• Building bespoke electronic assemblies using documented wiring diagrams and processes
• Testing products to ensure correct functionality, radio connections and performance standards
• Supporting product development and redesign activities, including investigation of emerging technologies
• Providing clear technical support to internal teams and visiting customers

What you'll bring to the table as a Technical Support Engineer

• Previous experience working within an electronics engineering environment
• Proven ability to fault-find, read schematics and work at component level
• Strong soldering capability and hands-on PCB rework experience
• Practical use of test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes and signal generators
• Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, KiCAD and Microsoft Office 365 (training available where needed)
