PA Temporary Immediate Start
Are you an organised and proactive Legal PA looking for your next opportunity? I am working with a client who are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional support within a fast paced environment. This is a hybrid temporary role based in Leeds, and experience in legal billing is essential. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working closely with finance teams to manage billing processes, financial reports, and working capital.
- Supporting fee earners with a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks.
- Coordinating with business development to help organise events, update CVs, and assist with bids and tenders.
- Supporting client relationship activities, including scheduling meetings, organising events, and preparing reports.
- Managing matter administration, including engagement letters, document preparation, and compliance checks.
- Providing full diary management and coordinating complex travel arrangements.
- Preparing meeting materials, agendas, itineraries, and ensuring all logistical needs are met.
- Using firm systems and tools to streamline admin tasks and delegating document production where required.
What We're Looking For
- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Legal billing experience is essential.
- At least four years' experience in a similar fast paced professional services role.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, including senior fee earners and partners.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proven commitment to delivering first class service.
- Detail oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Someone who thrives under pressure and is committed to delivering high quality work.
