- Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Supporting with payment runs and supplier reconciliations
- Responding to supplier queries and building positive relationships
- Assisting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed
What you'll need to succeed - Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Basic Excel skills and confidence working with numbers
- Previous office experience is helpful but not essential
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
