Hays are working with an established business in the Bedford area who are looking for two experienced office based Customer Service Coordinators to join their busy team on a temporary basis, initially for 3 months.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer defects within agreed timescales, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with health and safety procedures. You will liaise with managers, maintenance teams, and subcontractors, overseeing remedial works and maintaining accurate documentation. This role also involves promoting cost control, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancing customer satisfaction ratings.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in an office based customer service environment, able to work in a fast paced busy office environment, have excellent communication skills and able to work on multiple systems, including CRM, Outlook, Teams and Microsoft based packages.
