My client is recruiting for a skilled and proactive scheduling administrator to join their team in Watford. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large global organisation.

Your new role

  • Schedule planned preventative maintenance
  • Booking in engineers throughout the day
  • Processing quotes and PPM related works
  • Processing RAMS/ Permits
  • Tracking and updating trackers
  • Monitoring Engineer attendance for SLA'S
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Ensure customer complaints are escalated
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally

Ability to work on your own without supervisionOrganisational SkillGood numeracy skillsCommercial AwarenessFlexible, Dynamic, Adaptable with a can-do attitude Knowledge of CRM SystemsAbility to work to deadlines. This may require working later than the given working hours to ensure that customer requirements are completed.Experience in administrative work and enthusiasm for customer service Organisational skillsA sharp eye for detail Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Excel and Word
