Support Engineer (Chemical Engineering)

We are partnering with a fast-growing international business seeking a Support Engineer to join their expanding team. This is a hands-on role that blends engineering expertise, problem-solving, and technical training in a customer-facing environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support and deliver on-site training to distributors
• Support field applications and troubleshoot complex industrial challenges
• Deliver training sessions, presentations and technical guidance to help distributors grow their capabilities
• Train and onboard new distributors as the network expands
• Travel to Europe and Africa approximately once per quarter to support distributor partners

What We're Looking For

• Engineering or technical qualification (chemical engineering preferred)
• Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients
• Analytical, proactive and customer-focused approach
• Willingness to travel internationally
