Our client, a growing commercial business based in Cheltenham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Purchasing Assistant to join their team on a temporary, ongoing basis, with the flexibility to work part-time or full-time due to increased demand.
The successful Purchasing Assistant should have:

In this role, the Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for:
- Managing purchase orders from creation through to delivery confirmation
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting within Spotify and internal systems
- Supporting the team with inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Monitoring purchase costs and assisting with budget tracking
