What We're Looking For:

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential to connect effectively with customers.
- Process Orientation: A keen ability to follow instructions and processes diligently.

- Documentation: Evidence of your Access NI application number and a cleared Access NI certificate are required.
- Right to Work: Verified right to work documentation is essential.
