Multi Skills Programme Lead -Construction -Further Education
Salary: 40,000 per annum
Pension: Up to 28.6% employer's contribution
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious educator to step into a Programme Lead role, acting as a vital link between the classroom and department leadership. This position offers a structured split: you will spend Monday through Thursday delivering 12 hours of Multi-Skills instruction, while your Fridays are reserved for strategic programme management.
Main Duties for this role include
- Use standardised College formats to create structured and meaningful learning paths for every student.
- Deliver consistently excellent classroom experiences that empower learners to succeed.
- Ensure students stay on track by providing accurate, criteria-led feedback on all assignments and coursework.
- Work within the College's quality assurance guidelines to meet all internal and external performance targets.
- Utilise diverse resources to create a professional and productive learning atmosphere.
- Guide students toward their full potential through regular 1-to-1 tutoring and collaborative communication with families.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 (or higher) qualification in a relevant construction or multi-skills trade.
- A recognised teaching qualification
- Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
