Your new role
As part of the Global Finance Transformation team, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and embedding new global operating models, process standards, and systems aligned to the organisation's strategic roadmap. Working alongside senior leadership and stakeholders across Europe, the Americas, and APAC, you will help drive consistency, operational efficiency, and digital enablement across end to end finance processes. This is a high impact role suited to someone who thrives in complex, global environments and wants to shape the future of a modern finance organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
Essential
- Significant experience in finance transformation, process optimisation, or shared services within a global organisation.
- Strong understanding of end to end finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A).
- Success delivering ERP transformation (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Credible stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior leadership.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to simplify complex challenges into clear solutions.
- Experience driving change across multiple regions or cultures.
